The room could have used better soundproofing, but I loved the comfortable bed.

Excellent location, cannot be better than this! Staff was friendly, continental breakfast basic however sufficient and based on the price paid, acceptable.
The room was small however, this is what you pay for and I was expecting it. What it not right and something that can be corrected, is the showerhead in the shower, it just needs a good clean and descal once and for all. Also, lack of soap / shampoo which was not replaced every day; although given on request, the room rate is the same every night, so, should the amenities.

charming historical ambiance, rooftop terraced views, access to beach activities
The soundproofing is virtually non-existent!!! I could hear every noise from the hallway and street. The decor is aging and most amenities feel lackluster for the price!!! The hot water supply is inconsistent!!!

The hotel staff is a real asset for the hotel; are very friendly, and helpfull no matter the day or time. The location was excellent; front beach and near of everything. I will stay again at this hotel.
The included breakfast should have more selection of fruits. But have a good selection of cheesse, breads, coffee, and juices.

The hotel is in a great location and is a very pretty building. It is literally just across the road from the beach and very close to the centre of Sitges. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The maids did a great job of cleaning our room at a convenient time.
I'm not sure if this is the hotel or Booked.net but the room booked was with a sea view - the photograph which accompanies the further details of the room on the Booked.net site shows a room with a balcony and a sea view. Whilst I got exactly what I booked (a room with a sea view) I was disappointed that it wasn't via the balcony as had been shown in the picture which accompanied the description of the room. When I mentioned this at the hotel they said that (quite rightly) I had got what I had booked (a room with a sea view) and that the rooms with balconies belonged to the hotel anyway. I think that the picture should be changed to prevent any confusion or misleading. Just be aware that you won't get the balcony despite the picture!

Only location and the help of their staff
Rooms are very small and it is not worth the money we paid for. Breakfast is very poor, how come you charge for the balcony 10 euros extra? this is pathetic, cleanliness is not great, and when we came a day earlier to the hotel and we left a day before why did you charge it. know matter what you should take cases into consideration. what ever is happening in the rooms next to your room as if it is in your room.

Perfect beach vibes!
Just steps from the beach! The bar/lounge area was pretty chill, and the staff were super friendly. Only bummer was the breakfast-kinda pricey for what you get, not very filling. The sea view room was lovely, though! Definitely a nice spot for a family getaway.

The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. Staff provide really good service, consistently going the extra mile to assist. The room showed signs of wear, particularly with outdated fixtures in the bathroom and noise from the street and neighboring rooms that was disruptive at night. Breakfast options were lacking, offering minimal choices that felt overpriced. It's a solid choice for location, but improvements are needed in room quality.

Hotel staff is great! They are the best I ever had in my travels lately. Location is one of the best in town.
Room was too small (size of bed) and outdated, with the "sea view" through 3 tiny medieval windows in the room. No balcony, which the the picture on the website promises. They moved me then to better room, which was just a bit bigger. Looks like there was no renovation there for the last 20 years. Shower works bad, conditioning doesn't cool you down, beds and pillows are too uncomfortable. I was literally counting my days till the end of vacation.
